- 2026 –Applications of artificial intelligence to support operations management and organizational processes. Development and functional validation of decision support systems, including SAD GEO, with AI limited to informational functions. Ongoing
- 2011 – 2015Interface for a decision support system for international commercial terms — Incoterms® 2010 — in foreign trade operations using fuzzy logic. Fuzzy-logic decision support tool to indicate the most suitable international trade term. Doctoral research funded by CNPq. Completed
- 2009 – 2011Destination country selection using a fuzzy multicriteria decision method: a cassava flour export case study. Multicriteria model with fuzzy weights and expert assessment to choose the Mercosur destination country. Master's research funded by CNPq. Completed
Technological development
- 2025Agente GEO (AI). Software that organizes and delivers operational and administrative information over a structured knowledge base, with rules and explanatory mechanisms. Completed
- 2024 – 2025SAD Incoterms® 2020 — decision support system. Guides the user through decisions on responsibilities, risk transfer, transport mode and delivery terms. Software registered with INPI (BR512026000303-2). Completed
- 2024 – 2025SisCRM — commercial and financial management system. Modular cloud system with cash flow, payables and receivables, customers, suppliers and management reports. Transferred to SisCorp Informática in 2025. Completed
- 2011 – 2015SAD Incoterms® 2010 decision support system. Decision support system for foreign trade operations under Incoterms® 2010, using fuzzy logic. Completed

Outreach
- 2023 – 2025Athene — fostering local entrepreneurship. Links the UFRJ academic community with micro-entrepreneurs around the campus through training, mentoring and support for new small businesses. 17 undergraduate students. Completed
- 2020 – 2021Basic Word course — job market entry support project. Course open to the community on the basic functions of the word processor for administrative routines. 7 undergraduate students. Completed
